Customized Plans with Simple Monthly Billing

We don’t offer one-size-fits-all pricing because every property has different needs. Instead, we build customized service plans with simple, predictable monthly billing that gives you the best value and keeps your property looking its best all year long. This structure takes the guesswork out of your service and makes budgeting easy. By reducing billing and planning our schedule for the entire year, we’re able to pass the value of that efficiency directly back to you. It also accounts for the dry stretches during the dog days of Iowa summers when mowing isn’t needed — your monthly rate stays consistent while your property still receives the care it needs.

Early Bird & Prepaid Discounts

We reward clients who plan ahead. Homeowners who renew early or choose to prepay for their annual service plan receive additional discounts on their yearly rate. These savings apply to both growing‑season plans and full 12‑month plans that include snow removal.

Our basic monthly plan covers everything your property needs from March through November. This structure takes all the guesswork out of your service and makes budgeting simple. By reducing invoicing and planning our schedule for the entire year, we’re able to pass the value of that efficiency directly back to you. Included in Your Flat Monthly Rate

Spring Clean-Up

Mowing, trimming, and blowing all turf areas; clearing debris from turf and ornamental beds; pruning shrubs and hedges; and full trash/debris removal.

Weekly Lawn Maintenance

Weekly mowing, trimming, and blowing of all turf areas; edging as needed; and trash/debris removal to maintain a clean, well‑kept property.

5‑Step Lawn Care Program

A full-season treatment plan designed to strengthen turf, control weeds, and improve overall lawn health.

•  Early Spring: Ornamental pre-emergent + fertilizer with pre-emergent

•  Late Spring: Fertilizer, broadleaf control, grub control, pre-emergent, and ornamental weed control

•  Mid-Summer: Broadleaf spot treatment + ornamental weed control

•  Late Summer: Fertilizer + broadleaf control + ornamental weed control

***Early fall is also the ideal time for aeration and/or overseeding. ***

•  Fall: Winter fertilizer

Ornamental / Lot Maintenance

Weed control in ornamental beds and hard surfaces, plus trash and debris removal.

Fall Services 

As temperatures begin to drop, we transition from weekly mowing to fall cleanups performed on an as‑needed basis. Early in the season, most properties receive one or two smaller cleanups as leaves start to fall. Once the majority of leaves in your area have dropped, we complete one main fall clean-up with full removal and disposal. This approach ensures your property stays clean, safe, and well‑maintained throughout the entire fall season.

In addition to our standard monthly residential plan, we offer a range of premium add‑on services to enhance the health, appearance, and long‑term performance of your property. These services can be scheduled as needed throughout the season to address specific goals or problem areas.

Soil Testing

Our soil testing service provides a detailed analysis of your lawn’s nutrient levels, pH balance, and overall soil health. This allows us to identify deficiencies and recommend targeted treatments that create a healthier, more balanced growing environment for your turf and landscape plants.

Dethatching

Dethatching removes the dense layer of dead grass, roots, and organic material that accumulates between the soil and the living turf. Excess thatch blocks water, nutrients, and oxygen from reaching the root zone. Our service lifts and removes this buildup, fully disposes of the debris, and restores proper airflow and moisture movement—resulting in cleaner, healthier turf with improved seasonal performance.

Core Aeration

Core aeration relieves soil compaction by removing small plugs of soil, creating channels that allow air, water, and nutrients to reach the root system more effectively. This process promotes deeper root growth, improves turf density, and helps your lawn better withstand heat, drought, and everyday stress. Aeration is especially beneficial when paired with overseeding in early fall.

Bare Ground Herbicide Treatments

Our bare ground herbicide applications target weeds in gravel areas, parking lots, cracks, and other hard surfaces. This service provides long‑lasting control, keeping these areas clean, safe, and weed‑free throughout the season.

Tree, Shrub, and Hedge Pruning

We provide seasonal pruning to maintain the health, structure, and appearance of your landscape plants. This includes raising the canopy on low‑hanging trees to improve clearance and visibility. While we do not perform tree removal or high‑risk tree work, our precise pruning promotes stronger growth and enhances the overall look of your property.

Seasonal Color & Mulch Topdressing

Seasonal color and mulch topdressing refresh your landscape beds with vibrant plants and a clean, finished layer of mulch. This service improves curb appeal, supports plant health, and helps maintain moisture and weed suppression throughout the growing season.
